These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Core Beauty Studio website.

Core Beauty Studio offers a wide range of wigs and accessories, including our premium AuraTress Collection, featuring monofilament, human hair, and premium human hair blend wigs.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

Please note that:

· Colours may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

· Wig styles, fibre texture, and appearance may vary slightly between production batches.

· Product specifications, availability, and pricing may change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

· All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

· We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

· Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.

· We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing, technical, or system errors. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be provided.

4. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Acceptance of your order occurs once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

· Product availability has changed;

· A pricing or system error has occurred;

· Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected; or

· We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship Australia-wide.

Shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes, and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

From time to time, Core Beauty Studio may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers. These promotions are subject to change without notice.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated:

· Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

· Promotional offers are available for a limited time only.

· Promotions may be changed, extended, or withdrawn without prior notice.

· Promotional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
