Return Policy

Due to hygiene standards, Core Beauty Studio does not accept returns on wigs unless the product is faulty or the wrong item has been received.

· Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing CustomerService@corebeauty.com.au with clear photos of the item and their order number.

· Return shipping via Australia Post regular post is accepted and costs will be reimbursed by Core Beauty Studio.

· If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.
